Senior Dynamics Developer - Remote, USA

As a key member of our team, the Senior Developer will provide Microsoft Dynamics CRM support to a wide and diverse client base. This client-facing role requires extensive experience with Microsoft D365 F&O Modules (including Retail), excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a team player who pays close attention to detail and possess the ability and skills necessary to make a difference. The ideal candidate will be a masterful balancer of the academic and the practical.

The Senior Developer will be the expert on the project implementation team and responsible for the delivery and execution of project tasks designed to implement the Episerver platform. Regularly, you will be going onsite with clients in a pre-sales capacity to have technical and business strategy discussions, upselling the use of expert services to realize greater value of the Episerver platform across all of the Digital Experience.

Responsible for ongoing updates to technical project estimate models for all Episerver and Dynamics technology solutions, working with experts in specific technologies to refine and optimize prediction models for level of effort, and educate sales function resources about how to utilize the model.

 

The Role

  • Successfully manage multiple application development projects simultaneously
  • Work closely with team members and clients to customize and integrate Episerver CMS & Commerce solutions; working as an expert on Dynamics projects
  • Assist with the development of Service estimates as required
  • Provide best practice advice and guidance to clients and partners development teams
  • Providing high quality technical consultancy and implementation work at Partner and/or Client location
  • Participation in partner's projects in-house or on-site delivering production ready code and troubleshooting live/development environments.
  • Participation in partner's projects in-house or on-site delivering core product expertise
  • Developing, customizing and implementing features based on Episerver’s products upon request
  • Actively monitor and contribute to Episerver product discussion forums
  • Participation in application design sessions to ensure accuracy towards business requirements and development guidelines
  • Participation in the development of system/design documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and increase application maintainability
  • Develop and implement according to customer best practices.
  • Integration efforts for integrating with components such as MS SharePoint, MS Outlook, and 3rd party applications
